Have Seasonal Allergies? This Is The One Thing You Need ASAP

If it has felt like your seasonal allergy symptoms have been particularly severe in recent years, it’s probably because they have been. In an article published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences this past February, researchers observed increases in both the length of pollen seasons and in pollen concentrations over the past 30 years.

Researchers also determined that climate change was a significant contributor to these increases, and predicted that it would continue to worsen North America’s pollen seasons and aggravate allergy symptoms in the future. And even though I don’t personally suffer from respiratory issues like allergies and asthma, I feel for my husband, kids, and all of my readers who do!

In fact, ever since I created my Essentials by Jillee collection of essential oils, my daughter Britta has been requesting that I introduce a blend that could help with symptoms of seasonal allergies. And since I was ill-suited to determine what was or wasn’t helpful in terms of allergy symptoms, she volunteered to help me pinpoint the perfect blend of oils.

Since Britta has been my “right hand man” throughout the research and development process, I wanted you to hear about what All Clear can do in her own words, so I’ll let her take it from here! 🙂

Britta writes:

After an allergy-free childhood and adolescence, it was an unpleasant surprise when I started experiencing stuffy noses and itchy eyes during the spring around the time I turned 20. And now that I’m a month shy of 30, I wish I would have enjoyed that time while it lasted, because these days I have allergy symptoms nearly year round.

I take one of those once-a-day allergy pills, and while it helps, it’s not nearly enough to keep my symptoms under control when they get especially bad in the spring and fall. So during those times, I rely on essential oils to pick up the slack and help keep my symptoms under control.

How All Clear Blend Works To Relieve Allergies

The new All Clear blend features many of the oils I’ve found to be the most effective for relieving congestion, irritation, and other unpleasant allergy symptoms. Eucalyptus oil does a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to relieving respiratory symptoms and making breathing easier, as does the boost of menthol you get from the peppermint oil.

Additionally, several of the oils in All Clear have anti-inflammatory properties, including tea tree, rosemary, and lemon. Not only do these anti-inflammatory oils assist in soothing inflamed nasal passages, but they also help reduce the inflammation that contributes to puffy and itchy eyes. (And as an added bonus, the essential oils from citrus fruits and fresh herbs just smell really nice together!)

How To Use All Clear

The best way to use All Clear to get relief from allergy symptoms is in a diffuser or makeshift diffuser (see below). I find it extremely difficult to get to sleep if I’m all stuffed up at bedtime, and it’s so much easier if I use All Clear in my diffuser on my nightstand.

Even my husband Neil, who is normally pretty skeptical of this kind of thing, knows how much of a difference it makes to have All Clear in my diffuser when my allergies are acting up. When I’m feeling particularly miserable, he’ll even take the initiative to set up my diffuser on my nightstand and fill it with All Clear so all I have to do is turn it on when I’m ready for bed.

Alternative Methods For Diffusing

Like Britta said, there are several options for “makeshift diffusers” if you don’t have an ultrasonic diffuser or don’t want to buy one. You can still experience the benefits of All Clear through other means.
