It’s officially March, and the good news is that we’re officially back on track with beginning-of-the-month buying guides! 🙂 And not a moment too soon either, because there’s a lot to look forward to this month!
Daylight savings time begins soon, St. Patrick’s Day is coming up, and there’s plenty of March Madness action for you basketball fans on the horizon. And on top of all that, there are a lot of great sales and discounts you can take advantage of this month, including these 9 items specifically!

March Is The Best Month To Buy…
1. Luggage
March is a slow month for travel (even in normal, non-pandemic years), so many retailers offer luggage at a discount to try and increase sales. If you’re planning any road trips or vacations for later in the year, why not take advantage of this month’s low prices by buying any luggage you may need in advance?
2. Frozen Foods
March is National Frozen Food Month! Many products from the major frozen food brands (like Eggo, Dole, Green Giant, Tyson, etc.) are likely to go on sale this month. And keep an eye on store ads and circulars as well—there are likely to be some great coupons for frozen foods inside!
3. Golf Clubs
If you’re a golfer in need of some new clubs, get thee to your local pro shop! New club models start arriving this month leading up to the summer golf season. Many shops will discount last year’s models to make room for the new gear, so it’s a great time to buy!

You can save on everything you need for your spring cleaning projects this month. Cleaning solutions and supplies don’t go on sale very often, so this is definitely the time to stock up on your favorite store-bought items!
8. Jewelry
Two of the biggest holidays for jewelry are Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. Since March falls between the two, many jewelry stores and brands offer discounts this month to attract customers.

Especially because many stores will be offering sales and discounts on gardening equipment this month, which provides the perfect opportunity to stock up on supplies. You may be able to find discounts as deep as 50% off, which will make an especially big difference if you’re shopping for larger or more expensive equipment!
